Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship to most countries all over the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

Each case is printed to order, so please allow 1-3 business days, with a possible extension to 3-5 business days during peak or holiday seasons for production before it ships.

How long does shipping take? 

Estimated delivery times:

  • US delivery: 3-5 business days
  • International delivery: 10-30 business days

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once it ships. That way, you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.

Can you deliver to a PO Box address? 

Unfortunately, we can’t. To make sure your package arrives safely, we require a physical street address and a recipient’s phone number.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@mintocase.com right away. We'll do our best to update it for you and will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the change.

Keep in mind that once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to modify the address. If that happens, the best way to get your package is to contact your local post office for help.

Can I cancel my order?

Since every case is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or refunds for incorrect orders or if you simply change your mind.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you!

What is your policy on damaged or defective items?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily provide a replacement or a refund. To get started, please contact us at support@mintocase.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Who pays for customs duties / taxes? 

Please note that any customs fees or taxes are determined by your country's government. Just so you know, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
