Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please don't worry, we're here to help! We'll happily provide a replacement or a full refund. To get started, please contact us at support@mintocase.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Your email should include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will review your request promptly.

 

Important note on returns & exchanges

Because each phone case is specially made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect orders (e.g., wrong model selected)
  • If you simply change your mind about your purchase

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming to ensure everything is just right.

 

Refund processing

Once your request for a damaged/defective item is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
